لاحظنا أن مشكلات كثيرة لا تستنزفنا لأنها كبيرة، بل لأنها يومية اعتدنا الالتفاف حولها حتى صارت غير مرئية، كأن نعيد حساب رصيد الاستئذان على ورقة كل شهر. ومع الوقت، يتحوّل التعايش معها إلى قرار لم يتّخذه أحد صراحة. فأدركنا أن احتمال مشكلة قابلة للحل كلفة متراكمة، لا قَدَر. لذلك قرّرنا أن نحلّها بأنفسنا: فريق صغير يضاعف الذكاء الاصطناعي قدرته، يُطلق منتجاً بعد منتج، ويتعلّم من أوّل مستخدم بدل انتظار المنتج المثالي.
Many problems drain us not because they are big, but because they are daily: we learn to work around them until they disappear from view, like recalculating your leave balance on paper every month. Over time, living with them becomes a decision nobody actually made. We realised that tolerating a solvable problem is a compounding cost, not a fact of life. So we chose to solve them ourselves: a small team multiplied by AI, shipping one product after another and learning from the first user instead of waiting for the perfect product.

كل منتج نطلقه يترك خلفه ما هو أبقى منه: معرفة أعمق بالمستخدم، ودرس يختصر طريق المنتج التالي. لذلك نراهن على محفظة من المنتجات العربية الصغيرة يعزّز بعضها بعضاً، لا على منتج واحد كبير يحصر المخاطرة في نقطة واحدة. وجهتنا منظومة يبدأ فيها كل منتج جديد مما بناه سابقه، لا من الصفر. ويحكمها شرط واحد: الخصوصية قرار تصميم من السطر الأول، لا إضافة لاحقة؛ فالثقة بنية تحتية، إذا تصدّعت لم ترمّمها أي ميزة.
Every product we ship leaves behind something more durable than itself: a sharper understanding of users, and a lesson that shortens the path to the next one. So we bet on a portfolio of small, Arabic-first products that strengthen each other, not one large product that concentrates all the risk. The destination is a system where each new product starts from what the last one built, not from zero. One rule governs it all: privacy is a design decision from the first line, never a later add-on. Trust is infrastructure, and no feature can repair it once it cracks.
